AGM's are held annually to provide feedback to the community on the running of the hall and the financial status for the year. It is also a legal requirement that AGM's be held annually.

The minutes of the AGM will be published on this page, as and when they become available.

​

The minutes must include:

• The Chairperson's Report.

• The Treasurers Financial Report.

​

The minutes are initially published in draft format, as they will not be formally agreed and signed off until the next AGM.

​

All residents of Horseman's Green and the wider community are invited to attend and are welcome.
